Story of The Bake Sale Surprise
داستان کوتاه سطح متوسط
Liam’s school was having a bake sale. Students could bring cookies, cakes, or muffins to sell. The money would help buy books for the library. Liam wanted to make something special.
He asked his grandma for help. She was a great baker. They decided to make chocolate cupcakes with strawberry icing. Liam helped mix the batter and put it in the oven.
While the cupcakes baked, Liam made signs for the sale. He drew cupcakes and wrote “Yummy and Sweet!” in big letters. The kitchen smelled delicious.
After the cupcakes cooled, Liam and his grandma added the icing. They put sprinkles on top and packed them in boxes. Liam was proud of their work.
The next day, Liam took the cupcakes to school. His friends loved the smell and asked to buy some. Soon, Liam’s table had a long line of students.
One teacher tried a cupcake and said, “This is amazing!” She bought five more for her family. Liam smiled and thanked her. He felt happy and confident.
By the end of the day, Liam sold all the cupcakes. He counted the money and gave it to the librarian. “Thank you,” she said. “Now we can buy new books!”
Liam went home and told his grandma everything. She hugged him and said, “You did a great job.” Liam smiled and asked, “Can we bake again next weekend?”
His grandma laughed and said yes. Liam couldn’t wait. Baking was fun, and it helped others too.
